Beginner Program  101

Program Description
Traditional Animation (pencil & paper)

Ideal for the beginner animator! This program
focuses on the principles of
hand drawn,
frame-by-frame
animation. Emphasis is placed
on
the study of anatomy &
structure, arcs, cycles,
stretch & squash, timing, spacing, loose motion
and drawing quality. The program concludes with
full character walk & run cycles.

Each class has 4 components:
1) The Lesson
2) Lesson Examples Found In Animation
3) Animation Demonstration By The Instructor
4) Student's Previous Work Reviewed

Continuing with frame-by-frame animation, the
intermediate
program builds on previous
fundamental principles with an emphasis on
refined anatomical drawing,
frame economy,
dynamic motion, clear strong posing & full
c
haracter acting with dialogue.

Advanced Program  103

Program Description
Traditional Animation (pencil & paper)

The advanced program is for strong of heart
animators! Focus will be on anime & high-octane
martial arts and parkour action.

Fantastic "special effects" are also taught, a
highly regarded form of specialized animation.
